Child Sexual Abuse Therapy
If you or someone you care for experienced child sexual abuse, the first question you ask is, why me? Why my child? Why my family? The second question is, how will this pain end?
You may have tried escaping from it through different ways. You may have found someone who loves you and accepts you as you are. You may have used prescription drugs to make it through another week. No one wants to live with the pain of betrayal. But like most people, you've found that while some of this helps, it doesn't make the pain go away.
We've helped hundreds of children, teens, and adults recover their lives after child sexual abuse. The road to healing may have unexpected hills and valleys, but with an experienced and compassionate healer walking with you through your journey, there is one thing I can assure you. There is hope.

Ireen NinoNuevo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who changed careers - from the fashion industry to social work - with one goal: to help survivors heal from child sexual abuse. To that end, she has trained in the use of talk, art, and play to help minimize and eventually eliminate the symptoms of trauma connected with child sexual abuse. She has worked with children, youth, families, and multidisciplinary professionals since 2005. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Trauma Art Narrative Therapy (TANT), and trauma focused play therapy, art therapy, talk therapy, and psychodynamics. She considers it a joy to be part of treating and preventing child sexual abuse. Ireen is thankful to have been trained by experts in the trauma field and in New York University's Silver School of Social Work.
